Refund and Cancellation

1. Refund Policy

1.1. We, at Worthum Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), are committed to providing high-quality services to our customers. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

1.2. Eligibility:

1.2.1 Refunds will only be considered if the request is made within the specified days from the date of purchase or service initiation.

1.2.2 Refunds will be provided at our sole discretion and may be subject to review.

1.3. Non-Refundable Items:

1.3.1 Consultation and advisory services.

1.3.2 Customized software development services.

1.3.3 Any services that have been fully rendered or completed.

1.3.4 Applicable taxes, and overheads.

Note this is not an exhaustive list, and the Company may consider other applicable categories depending upon the nature of the request.

1.4. How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please send an email to sales@worthum.com with the following information:

a) Your name and contact details.

b) Invoice or order number.

c) A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

1.5. Refund Processing:

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 15 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase. In case, the applicable refund cannot be provided through the same payment method, we may choose other applicable methods to settle the refund request. 

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. Service cancellations may be permitted in accordance with the following conditions:

a) Your name and contact details.

b) Invoice or order number.

c) A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a cancellation.

We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

2.4. Cancellation Fees:

Depending on the nature of the service and the stage of the project, cancellation fees may apply. These fees will be communicated to you before the cancellation is processed.
